3 hours sleep is not enough

Ow. My head hurts 😛 Due to various acts of stupidity I went to bed at 2:00am last night and got up at 5:00am to finish some work for the school P&C – bad idea.

On the upside I lost 0.5kg this week which is my first loss in nearly a month I think. This is going to be the begining of good things, the kids are back at school and I’m feeling really motivated again.
