First of all the not-so-interesting-but-keeping-me-accountable daily tracking.

Whacky Weekly Challenge Wk1 Day1
Breakfast
small bowl of porridge with milk & brown sugar – 3pts
Lunch
homemade pumpkin & cauliflower soup with 2 slices of wholegrain bread topped with Kraft 97% fat free cheese and toasted – 4.5pts
Dinner
vegetable lasagne OMG! so good, a huge serve for just – 8pts
Snacks
milk for tea – 0.5pts
a small low-fat brownie – 2pts
apple & banana – 2pts
Water
3x750ml and counting
Exercise
40mins walking

Points total for the day stands at 20, I’m allowed 26 so that’s not really quite enough but considering the weekend I’ve just had food-wise it’s probably not such a bad thing.
