Birthday fallout

What with drinkies with Weight Watchers forum folks on Saturday afternoon, seafood platter dinner at Manly on Saturday night, birthday lunch at my mum’s complete with black forest cake on Sunday, and a total absence of exercise in my week I think I should count myself lucky to have come away with a mere 0.3kg gain this week 😛

Now, must convince myself…the treadmill is my friend, the treadmill is my friend, the treadmill is my friend….LOL.
