Gain of 0.4kg this week. Time to stop fooling myself that I can get away with ‘sort of’ following the program, ’cause that just leads to ‘sort of’ losing weight and – newsflash boys and girls – that don’t get you nowhere! Back to points it is. This week I commit to tracking everything – points, water, food groups, exercise and mood. I know I can do this, I was doing it very successfully for several months. I need to remind myself that it’s about my health, my enjoyment of life, and about being around to enjoy life for a very long time to come and there’s no sacrifice of momentary sensation that’s not worth making to achieve those goals.
