The week before Christmas we took ourselves off for four nights in a cabin at Fingal Bay, the forecast was for wet and dreary so we packed card and board games and lots of dvds. We did indeed play those games and watch dvds but we also managed swims at the beach and in the caravan park pool. It was lovely to have some time to ourselves and it was the perfect relaxation to get us in the right frame of mind for Christmas. So we’ll probably do it again at the end of this year.

We went to Fingal Bay when the kids were little and stayed in a cabin. It was a great family holiday. Looks like you guys had a brilliant time.
Oh Fingal ❤ Glad you had a great little break. We used to drive for 2 days (from Wagga up the Newell) to get there, and stay for 2-3 weeks. Grandfather had a holiday shack with a track down to the beach. Learnt to swim in the boat bay, and aviod rips off the fingal beach rocks : P
