I managed a 0.9kg loss this week, only 0.5kg off the 10kg loss goal and my hair cut and colour reward – good thing too, my hair is driving me nuts!
Exercise this week was as follows:
Wed: 50 min treadmill (4km, flat)
Fri: 45 min treadmill, 15 min abs, 30 min weights (upper body)
Sat: 30 min treadmill
Sun: walked all over Taronga Zoo
Mon: 60 min treadmill (5.2km, flat)
I really struggled to do my exercise this week, which I attributed to needing the B12 injection, but my GP rang me yesterday with blood test results from Saturday and it turns out I’m very low on iron too so I’m on iron tablets for the next 3 months – bleh! Anyway that would certainly account for the “death-warmed-up” feeling I’ve been stuck with lately.
Today I put a pair of Colorado shoes on lay-by, I’m going to make them my 10% loss reward.
