It’s stuck in my head and the kids are singing it non-stop, it’s clever, it’s funny and I can’t believe it’s been in my house for months without me getting around to so much as unwrapping the plastic on the cd. WWC Wk2 Day1
This week is focused on exercise, I’ve committed to walking at least 30 minutes every day. I’m off to a good start, went for a 35 minute walk on a route that used to take me nearly 45 minutes.
